Tiago Rosário began studying music at the Conservatório Regional do Baixo Alentejo, in Beja, Portugal, when he was 4 years old and started to study piano at the age 6. He studied with Prof. José Azevedo Souza at this conservatory until June 2012.

In October 2012 he moved to Lisbon to study with Ana Valente at Escola de Música do Conservatório Nacional, having finished in 2015 with the maximum score. Also in 2015, he was invited to study with Prof. Vladimir Viardo at the University of North Texas, as well as with Prof. Pedro Burmester in Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo in Porto, where he finished his bachelor degree with distinction. In 2018, he was admitted in the Musikhochschule Münster, in the class of the Prof. Heribert Koch, where he currently is finishing his Master degree, sponsored by the Portuguese association “Amigos de Música”.

Tiago has participated in various competitions. He participated in the 30th edition of “Prémio Jovens Músicos” and reached the finals of the Concurso Jovem.com 2015. He has won several prizes, like the 1st in Concurso Czerny 2014, and the 2nd and 3rd prizes in the international competition “Cidade do Fundão”.
He was a member of the trio “Triòkovich”, when it won the 2nd prize in the 28th edition of “Prémio Jovens Músicos”, and a member of the quartet “Quarteto Werther”, who won the 3rd prize ex-aequo in the Chamber Music International Competition “Cidade de Alcobaça” 2015. Anna Tomasik was the teacher of both the trio and the quartet.

Tiago is also a founding member of Rosário Quartet, which was founded in 2016, having Carlos Azevedo as its tutor. This quartet was invited to play in the "In Spiritum" music festival at Oporto, in May 2017.

Tiago has already played with some orchestras, such concertos has Schumann in A minor and Bach in A major, and embraced great projects, such as the complete Chopin Etudes and Messiaen “Quatour pour la fin du Temps”. Having also performed in highly acclaimed music venues, such as Carnegie Hall and Merkin Hall.

He studied with such personalities as Claudio Martinez Mehner, Paul Badura-Skoda, Naum Grubert, Paulo Oliveira, Miguel Henriques, Miguel Borges Coelho, Paulo Gaio Lima, Xavier Gagnepain, Roberto Peréz and Eurico Carrapatoso.
Tiago was recently admitted with merit-scholarship in the Mannes School of Music, New York City, where he studies with Jerome Rose.
Besides the large performance experience, Tiago Rosario is also an experienced educator, having taught students of all ages and levels of expertise, and in different countries, like Germany and the USA. Besides teaching at Keys To Success, he also teaches at NY String Academy and Melody Institute of Music.
